Blue Knights BCVII obtained its charter on December 3, 2003 and is headquartered in West Kelowna, B.C.   We are part of the Blue Knights West Coast Conference which is made up of 47 chapters and 1650 members from the 3 Western Canadian Provinces/Territories (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Northwest and Yukon Territories), Northern and Central California, Northern Nevada, Oregon, Montana, Washington, Wyoming, Idaho and Utah, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Australia and New Zealand.   Presently 32 members strong, the Blue Knights BCVII Chapter is comprised of serving and retired Peace Officers from a variety of departments including Schaumburg, Illinois; Vancouver and West Vancouver, BC; Edmonton, Alberta; Saskatoon & Prince Albert, Saskatchewan; Orangeville, Ontario; Royal Canadian Mounted Police; Canada Border Services Agency; Corrections and Conservation Officers from the Province of British Columbia.   Meetings are held every third Wednesday of the month. Contact the President for the location of the month. We also meet at 10:00am for coffee every Sunday, alternating between Tim Horton's in Lake Country (Winfield), the Bliss Bakery in Peachland and Tim Hortons/Wendy's in West Kelowna by the former Extra Foods.
